My 11 week Transformation!!

I made my own personal video to update everyone on my boot camp experience and how the first 11 weeks has set me on the right track to changing my life. I made this to tell everyone my results since i have only received 5 weeks of the 11 in the video journals and we actually finished about a week ago .. I am proud to say I have done things i never thought were possible and I have pushed myself more than i can ever imagine, past the pain and the fear, the tears and blood!!!
