Hi all! I joined back in December and been working on ME since. I am a former smoker and when I quit 2 years ago, I gained 30 lbs. I was always thin and now I weigh 150. I have changed my diet and I go to the gym 3-4 times per week. I do cardio and lift weights everyday I am there. Since December I have stayed the same weight and cannot figure out why. I am trying really hard not to give up. I want to lose 20 lbs so badly and I am getting discouraged. I need some help!

You didn't say anything about calories - a calorie deficit is necessary for weight loss.

Thank you! I do log my food and stay well under each day but I do forget to log sometimes.1

You don't really have that much to lose, so it might be a slow process. And one day of eating 3,000 calories can wipe out several days' worth of deficit, unfortunately!0
