Hello
I’m new to this community but not new to MyFitnessPal. Ive been using this tool for a few years now, whenever I need a nutrition wake up call. I’ve always been a yo-yo junky. Can’t seem to shake it.
I retired last August and fell off my routine. So when my jeans started to bulge with that dreaded muffin, I came back to MyFitnessPal and regrouped.
I recently had surgery so found I needed MyFitnessPal more than ever now. Sitting at home....cabin fever....dead of winter....yup! Great time to bring out my pal!
So I started logging. Twenty days in and I’ve been able to lose 3 pounds. I try to dance or walk on treadmill daily for 30 minutes.
I’m beginning to learn which foods go best to get ultimate nutrition. And most important, portion control. So that’s my story. My journey. Happy to be here.
