    I don't really drink OJ with the exception being if we get fresh oranges from my wife's parents tree and we squeeze fresh.

    Know what, it probably is better to do before, like with other acidic drinks...you don't want to scrub it into your teeth after drinking it.

    Dentist told me it should be done before. But it tastes like death then. I've decided to sacrifice my teeth for a nice tasting glass of OJ 🤷😂

    The first thing I do when I get up in the morning is brush my teeth. I personally find it gross to eat or drink anything without doing so. I much rather have something taste like mint than stinky morning breath.

    I 100% agree with Pour_Decisions. But, I also don't drink Orange Juice. It's mostly plain, old, refreshing water for me. -nothing against oranges though! I had some in my fruit salad last night...
