Don’t know what I’m doing wrong - need to vent

I’ve been tracking EVERYTHING for the last 2 weeks and there’s been no change. None. I’ve either met my calorie goal or have been below it every day. I exercise every day. Why can’t the scale reflect how hard I’ve been working??? 😩 it’s so frustrating and discouraging. All I want to do is eat my feelings. Sigh

    I know that's frustrating! I know you said you're venting, but do you want some suggestions too (or just needing to BLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH get out the aggravation)?

    Give it another week or so. If you just started exercising, you can retain a lot of excess water for a while while you get used to working out. Also, when you say you're tracking everything, how are you measuring? You need to measure solid/semi-solid foods by weight in grams, and fluids by cups/measuring spoons.
