ok i get on and i see my calorie goal for the day..i add my foods and i add my activity..it then takes what i burned and adds it back to my total that i am allowed..i dont get this??? if im trying to lose weight then why would it keep going up? shouldnt it stay the same? i mean if my daily goal is 1800 i shouldnt get over that no matter what excercise i do right?if i keep adding then its defeating the purpose to work out in the first place.can somebody explain this to me please

it confused me too in the beginning not saying this is the best answer but stick with your calorie count of food what happens is when you eat 1800 and then you exercised and burned say 1000 then it will net 800 but it shouldn't say you were under your calorie count that part i am still figuring myself but what i do is just make sure i am exercising and burning just as much as i am eating or at least close to .. i am usually under my calories for the day the trick is to make sure you are not starving yourself so that way your body does not hold on to what you are eating and store it .. i will keep looking into that part of this and check back with you or if someone else who have Einsteined this part chiimes in we will learn together :-) .. but dont keep adding calories or eating i should say stick with what your doing0

It's eating your calories back. When they give you a daily calorie limit, and you exercise and don't eat back those calories that you burned, technically you're under your calorie limit. You CAN eat back your calories, and a lot of people recommend it.. you still technically are staying on or under your daily goal... some people don't. I do not eat back my calories.0

when you joined it asked you how much you wanted to lose per week so it already has your deficit figured so if you exercise your net is below the minimum, so you might lose faster but it might be more muscle and not fat. Keep your net to where it should be and you should be good. Some people say eat your exercise calories since your body needs fuel from activity or at least eat most of it back in form of healthy fats, protein.0
