IF Fasting - 25lbs 2 months

I started my new “diet” and hopefully permanent lifestyle change about two months ago and have never felt better and more satiated on a diet.
I started only eating breakfast lunch dinner with zero snacking. I moved on to skipping breakfast to just lunch and dinner. I stopped craving food in the morning. Now I’ll eat lunch sometimes when I’m hungry and skip it if I’m not.
I’ve enjoyed eating dinners that are low carb (not cut out completely) but that contain some fat such as cheese, nuts, oils, etc. I feel amazing, have more energy, and can eat more of what I want for dinner first time on a diet I could see this as a permanent life style change.
Best part is last weekend I went to a super high end restaurant and ate everything that included a bone marrow pot pie and even mouse for dessert. I didn’t eat lunch that day and my craving for the portion of each course wasn’t as large as it was. I basically maintained after that glutinous meal.
Anyways, Goodluck everyone on their journey. I’m hoping this is my the beginning of something new for the last time.

Great job! Love IF, once you start, it gets easier (but once you stop, it's so hard to re-start back up)2
