First cut could use some advice

This is my first meal I am putting together for a cut it is a slow cut since I read that the slower the cut the more muscle you keep. So I know everybody is different but I’m looking for like a good starting point for macros right now I have it set to 30 percent carbs 40 percent protein and 30 percent fat at around 2300 calories

You’re probably somewhere around 2600 maintenance. Play around with it, drop your calories by 250 or 300 for a few weeks.. depending on results, drop from there.0 -
