    Not so much the eating but the choices. Find what works best for you, I’m lucky as most things agree with what’s left of my system. Always check sugar and salt content and never use your exercise calorie gains for extra food. Good luck

    I’ll be your friend. The weekends are a killer for me. I do really good during the week, a lot better than I used to do. Can’t give up, all about consistency. Water is a problem for me, definitely need more of that.
