Is anyone currently following the FP4H 'system' for lack of a better word? I had great success using MFP a few years ago, but am now right back where I started from. I know I can do this. I now have God in my life and am joining a FP4H group through my church. Anyone else?

    I’m a member of FP4H at my local church in Warner Robins, GA. I find the support of my Christian Sisters enormously helpful. Besides our weekly meetings, we individually engage in a daily Bible Study. We have a group Facebook page to share what we learned that day. And, always, God has my back. He is my strength. If you have not done so already, join (or start) a local group.
