First cut could use some advice

This is my first meal I am putting together for a cut it is a slow cut since I read that the slower the cut the more muscle you keep. So I know everybody is different but I’m looking for like a good starting point for macros right now I have it set to 30 percent carbs 40 percent protein and 30 percent fat at around 2300 calories

  • Age, height, weight? Activity level? Do you know how many calories your consuming a day right now?

    Activity level moderate (5 days at the gym)
    Weight 165
    Right now I’m consuming 3200 calories I was doing a bulk

    You’re probably somewhere around 2600 maintenance. Play around with it, drop your calories by 250 or 300 for a few weeks.. depending on results, drop from there.

    I'd start by finding maintenance and staying there for a while before going straight from a cut to a bulk.
