I’ve gotten so complacent with my job but I’m tired of working there

I’m sick of my job. It’s an easy job but it’s repetitive and it gives me a headache. I just need something new but every time i try to leave i say “I’ll wait” and never put in any applications anywhere... it’s like i want to leave but I’m scared to leave at the same time... any advice ? I’m scared the grass won’t be greener on the other side

    I work in a warehouse. It’s good easy money but i have no room for advancement unless i go to school. I am in school not but it’s hard to go to school full time because my job calls me in for mandatory on my supposed to be days off
