hi just joined this, been trying to lose weight for years and i normally lose around a stone, get fed up and gain it all again, i have tried slimming world, weightwatchers, slimming pills the lot, i do zumba at least 3 times a week and am quite fit but 2 stone overweight, any tips would be welcome x
