Just started a week ago and already seeing results!

Hello everyone! I just started myfitnesspal a week ago and already seeing results. I have been 15 lbs overweight for at least 20 years and have tried everything to lose weight, I recently did a trithlon in the hopes that the intense training would force my body to shed some lbs, but I guess I just ate more to compensate and didnt lose a pound. I'm super exited and know that tracking my food intake is the key and coupled with my exercise program is going to get me in the best shape of my life. Good luck everyone!!!

    It really does help when you track you calories in and out. MFP makes it easy and everyone here is very supportive.
