Hello all. I’m not new to MFP but I’ve been MIA for a few years. Decided to try other things and decided that I’m going to come back to MFP. I was doing weight watchers for awhile but finances have made me cancel my membership. So here I am back to MFP. I’m looking forward to meeting my goals once and for all.

I was diagnosed with PCOS many many moons ago and between that and the low thyroid and the depression and the lack of motivation, I hit an all time high of 308.6 pounds December 31, 2017. Today I am down to 275 pounds. It’s been a super super super slow process and one day I would love to be back down in the 150s.

One step at a time.

I am a WW drop out. I liked the program, it works but I could not make it work for me. I would lose 5 and gain 5. I decided to stick with calorie counting instead of points. Last year I lost 20 using MFP but gained back 15. My short term goal is to reach 175. One day at a time, one pound at a time. I want to take this slow and steady for less stress.
