    Have you tried the thread "JUST FOR TODAY"
    Theres quite a few of us on there, so the posting can be quite alot at times, but there will always be someone there for support, we all become friends after a while too!
    And its not just fitness goals, some times daily life gets in the way and we support each other through that too and encourage each other to get back on track

    No judgements or debates or anything

    We just post goals we'd like to achieve (because you can do anything "just for one day")
    And then when the days over you post again on how you did!
    And if it was disastrous you will get support and friendly advice :smile:
