Good Morning All~

Yeah we made it to the weekend! Lets push on through the weekend so here we go....

20 push ups
20 crunches
20 jumping jacks
20 seconds jogging in place
20 squats
20 lunges
20 butt lifts (lay on the floor with legs up in the air and raise butt off the floor)
20 arm curls (with weight, bottles etc)
20 side crunches (stand up with legs open and hands behind your ears and crunch from side to side 20 each side)
20 jump twist (stretch hands out wide and jump in the air while twistin gat the waist 20 each side)
20 min brisk walk
And dont forget you 20oz of additioinal water

ALSO.....

*Send a message of encouragement to someone on the team
*Send me low cal recipe to share
*send me a workout Idea you may have to share

AND....

(healthy relationships)
*Tell someone in your home you love them, your sorry, you care etc.
*Pay it forward to a stranger (buy and extra bag of can good and put it on a neighbors porch, put and extra couple $ towards the persons coffee in line after you, or come up with your own way of paying it forward~ but i wanna know your great idea)
*spend 20 mins of undivided attention toward someone and try listening more than talking (dont time yourself LOL...just let it flow)

LASTLY....

*Take out 20mins to read a book
*Do your nails
*Give yourself a facial
(and yes guys....you can do this too)

    OMG I love the wknd challenge. I know I mis'd it but it's never too late as long as u have breath n ya body so right now i'm going 2 pay it forward when I go 2 the store after this reply... I LOVE MFP & THE LIBRA SCALE CRUSHERS!!!!!
