Had to do something...

Hello everyone! 3 years ago I had surgery on my foot. The surgery didn't go well. I ended up with nerve damage, and I can't stand for more then an hour because of severe pain. My workouts became extinct and my activity level went way down. I'm on medication that's made me gain weight quickly as well. I've gained 80 pounds in 3 years. My comfortable 150 is now 230. I'm miserable and don't like to go out anymore. I'm hoping this program will help me slowly start to lose weight and I'm determined. Here goes nothing

Hi there, everyone. I just started today. I have gone back to WW (weight watchers) and gone back to the gym. Looking forward to shedding those extra kilos that I have put back on. But, more than that, I just am concentrating on both mind and body health........0
