So I'm curious about something. So say my daily calories bank is 1840 and staying below them. Im also exercising 3-5 days a week. My question is if I eat 1 or 2 of 7 days above those calories, say my maintenance weight calories, would I still lose or no? Just wondering.

Yes. Let's say for illustrations sake, you have a 500 calorie deficit goal per day. You eat at your goal for 5 days and at maintence for 2. You have still burned 2500 calories for the week, which is a loss of approximately 3/4 of a pound.

    yes.

look at your weekly goal, not daily.

Looking at your calorie allowance as a weekly rather than daily goal helps many people with adherence.
Fitting your diet into your lifestyle rather than having to fit your lifestyle into your diet.
