Vegan/Raw Vegan Weight Lifters?

I'm really wanting to start transitioning into vegan, more specific raw vegan. Does anyone else do this? Will it be hard to lift in a vegan diet? Any advice is welcome, along with any recipes or food ideas.

Out of curiosity, how would you get enough protein for muscle synthesis on a raw vegan diet?
I'm not vegan or raw vegan, just curious and figured your post could use a bump I'm sure there are vegan lifters here, but I can't think of any raw vegans who frequent the forum.1 -

There are several different veggies and beans that have higher proteins in them. And I'm looking for vegan bcaa's also. But that's what I'm getting from YouTube videos.2 -
Gotcha. If you poke around a little in the Bodybuilding/ Gaining Weight forum, you might find some previous threads about at least vegan weight lifting. Otherwise, hopefully someone with similar experience will be by shortly!1

You'd probably have to supplement with a vegan protein powder or Pea Protein powder to get enough protein and it likely wouldn't be raw, but I'm not sure. There might be good sprouted protein powders out there that are pretty much raw.0

If you eat well (don't be a junk food vegan), you will be fine. If you would like to be sure you are getting a bit more protein (some people just feel better), then there are plenty of high-protein vegan foods to work with. If you can run an ultramarathon as a vegan, you can lift as a vegan.2

You’ll be fine, just research it & eat Whole Foods. There’s a good vegan protein powder @ Costco0

Check out Natalie Mathews aka fit vegan chef on you tube. I’m not vegan but find some of her content interesting.0
