Currently weighing in at 269lbs and feeling so excited about what this last year did for me. I'm thankful for the grind, I'm thankful that I have the willpower, and I'm excited to push myself harder this year. I have some new goals I'm ready to meet.
anyways, MFP has been incredible towards my transformation. Without it, I wouldn't have learned that calorie counting was my way to success. Here's to the next year

That is just an amazing transformation. Amazing work and dedication! Seriously, I am 5 weeks into what will hopefully be a 20-30 lbs weight loss - and you are a ROCK STAR for doing what you have done, obviously consistently, over the last year. Damn!2
