Currently carb cycling. On low carb days this stuff is a LIFE SAVER. What’s your favorite condiment or seasoning?

I'm currently binging on berbere seasoning. Yum.1

Condiment? mustard. I have about 7 different types. Worcestershire sauce is a distant second
Spice? good old black pepper, freshly ground
Herb? Thyme (fresh)
Seasoning? California pepper from Penzeys which is a mix of black pepper with red and green bell peppers.1 -
OP's condiment is great, but more generally I will nominate any interesting mustards and hot sauces (including sriracha). Also a Chicago favorite, giardiniera. And definitely, soy sauce. If olive oil and vinegars count, them too.
As always, I recommend a visit to the Mustard Museum: https://store.mustardmuseum.com/
Yes, any spice and herbs too.2 -
For me, it is balsamic vinegar and salsa.0

Franks hot sauce and Yellow mustard2

Spicy mustard, hot sauce, walden farms pancake syrup, truvia, stevia, onion powder, nosalt salt, regular mustard, salsa, italian seasoning
I put all of the above on pretty much everything, lol.0 -
Hot sauce and my home made spice mix0

I love yellow mustard (French's) & stone-ground mustards. I'm also a hot sauce fanatic and regularly have at least 5 different hot sauces in my fridge. My go-to sauces are Cholula Original Hot Sauce and Trader Joe's Green Dragon Hot Sauce.
As far as a seasonings go, garlic powder is awesome. If you want a blend, I would suggest Trader Joe's "Everything but the Bagel" or Tone's Rosemary Garlic.1 -
Salsa. Or Ushia sweet-and-sour stirfry sauce (at 15 calories/tbsp)1

Currently liking low carb/low kcal alfredo sauce
My usual rotations:
Marinara
Dijon mustard
hugh's bbq sauce (favorite low carb gem):
Plain old iodized sea salt is just enough sometimes too
Wasabi sauce once in a blue moon
Dieted way too hard using Frank's red hot (can't bring myself to consume...memories, lol)

So you are a graduate of Poupon U ? Yes, the museum is an experience. They make a horseradish mustard that will almost blow your head off.2 -

Hands down, hot sauce. All kinds, colors, and varieties.1

To say something other than mustard (which is my recommendation too), I also with do taco sauce/salsa with cumin, black pepper, a lil' liquid smoke, or red pepper flakes as a topper/spicer-upper.1
