80% is diet 10% workout 🏋️‍♂️ the other 10% is rest. I literally had to change the way I looked at food and make some changes to my daily routine to achieve my success. Food is fuel ⛽️ that’s it... we need it to stay alive and to fuel or bodies just like a car 🚗 nothing more nothing else. Stop giving food the control over your life and start taking control over food (fuel). You wouldn’t put bad gas in your car and expect it to run properly...so just as a car we have to look at our bodies in a different light 💡. Change the way you think 💭 first and ask yourself is it really worth the heart ache waking up everyday not feeling your best because at the end of the day we have the control but you have to strengthen your mind first. Love you all stay blessed 💪🏽🏋️‍♂️🏆
