Not looking for much here just adding a comment.

Remember your goals. Take it one day at a time. When you workout make it count. Don’t hate yourself for having a cheat meal. You can accomplish what you set out to do it just takes time and won’t happen overnight. Great reward comes with hard work and pain is temporary but pride is forever.
