Hi.. Does this app support pregnancy nutrition ideas as well as exercise... I used it before pregnancy and I still wanted to use it to make sure I'm taking in all the required nutrients as well as within my caloric number... Is there such a feature by any chance.?

No, the site doesn't have settings for medical conditions/concerns. You can set your calories and macros to whatever your doctor thinks is best though.

Unfortunately, no there is not a feature that supports it. This thread has a lot of good information regarding pregnancy weight gain though and losing it after baby. However, if you have a high risk pregnancy or other health concerns, it is always best to talk to your doctor.

Congratulations on the pregnancy! I don’t think mfp can have pregnancy settings - mainly because every pregnancy is different. You can definitely set your own calorie goal and macro goals. The most important thing is to listen to your body during pregnancy, some days you’ll need more calories and that’s OK - you’re growing a tiny human :-)
I’m sure your doctor or midwife can point you in the direction of some pregnancy friendly diet plans to include all the important nutrients you need.
    Good luck with everything!

I'd encourage seeing a registered dietician who specializes in pregnancy nutrition. After the RD gives you a calorie and/or macro goal, you can change your MFP settings to those numbers.
