Over 20 lbs lost

Hey guys! I've been meaning to share our progress with you! Using MFP my girlfriend and I have both lost over 20 lbs. We started in November logging our food and exercise and had lost 20lbs by April. Just proof it can be done! We both would still like to lose a few more lbs and we are currently doing the Insanity program and just started month 2 yesterday. Although it has kicked our butts we have gained some major tone from the first month alone. I have a few of my first month pics on my profile. Below are pics from when we decided we needed to make some changes (last August) to our vacation this May. We are a bit more toned now but you get the idea. Thanks MFP!!! :happy:
