Slow in comparison to you lovely people but THAT is my personal best by 2 whole minutes!!! I’m happy!

    Comparison is the thief of joy. There are a lot of people that can't even run 5k, and a whole lot that do it much slower. But according to this first link I found in a search your time is quicker than average for women regardless.

    But either way, you should always enjoy a personal best, and the fact that it shows improvement. :)

    Don't compare your speed to anyone. You're not as slow as you think you are and other runners don't judge you. So why should you be so critical of you?

    You're fast and it took me a year of weekly 5ks to get to that time, this is not something you can achieve right away especially if you started at morbidly obese like I did. Proud of your progress.
