Hi my name is Joel I've been doing intermittent fasting more than a yr now and I love it this has helped loose more weight easier than any other diet out there believe me I have tried them all and nothing had worked for like it has totally changed my life if any of you like to learn pls just add me I have no idea how to since I'm at newbie here so if any of you like any info pls don't hesitate

There are many different types and levels of Intermittent Fasting. For example, I've been doing 16:8 for decades, long before IF was even a thing. I've just never been a breakfast person, so skipping it (other than my beloved cup of coffee!) leaves me plenty of calories for a good lunch and dinner, as well as a few evening snacks.
In and of itself, there is no advantage or 'magic' to Intermittent Fasting, despite all of the hype and pseudo science which abounds on the internet. Weight management is all about how much you eat and not when you eat it. IF, however, is a useful tool for some people to help control their daily caloric intake by limiting their 'eating window' to within a specific time frame. That's it, that's all.7 -

Very great! I also use IF. I have gotten my window down to 18:6. Very helpful since I work night shift.2
