Ok peeps due to seizures I'm limited at home and normally do 30-40 mins in a morning.
I use a fitbit and this count the steps it's normally 5,000 but it doesn't pull through any earned calories on MFP is it because I haven't exercised enough or do I need to add it manually please?

what activity level did you select?1

Is your Fitbit synced with MFP?

Sedentary on MFP is about 3500 steps.
With negative adjustments enabled you ought to see some explicit adjustment: either plus or minus or zero.
If you see nothing there is a chance that there is a synchronization glitch.
If you see a zero adjustment and you have negative disabled then there's a good chance that you haven't yet earned a positive adjustment0 -
So if you do 40 mins on treadmill and I have done a total of just under 7000 steps including treadmill should I see a difference or can I add 40 mins treadmill manually please0

If your set to sedentary and your synced properly you should see a adjustment after 4k steps or so you don't have to add exercise manually6 -

Do you have the devices synced?0

It sounds like a syncing error. I came across this which may help
Please try initiating a manual sync from both apps. Start by opening fitbit, clicking on your device at the top of the dashboard, and then click Sync now near the bottom of the following screen. Once this has completed, open MyFitnessPal, go to the Menu screen and click Sync at the bottom. After MFP has synced with our website, please return to your diary in MyFitnessPal and check to see if the fitbit adjustment line is now showing in your diary once again. As a fitbit user myself, I find that I occasionally have to do this to see my up to date numbers.
If you are still experiencing an issue after forcing a sync manually, please try unlinking the accounts at www.myfitnesspal.com, then revoking access on fitbit.com, waiting 15 minutes, and then relinking them on our site. Keep in mind that only new information, completed after they are reconnected will sync.
Steps to revoke access:
1. Log into Fitbit.com
2. Click the Settings Icon (Looks like a gear) and choose “Settings”.
3. On the left side, click the Applications tab and locate MyFitnessPal
4. The option to “Revoke Access” will show in blue if your account is still linked.
5. Wait 15 minutes before attempting to relink the accounts.
6. Return to MyFitnessPal.com and reconnect the accounts in the Apps tab
Please remember to revisit the step tab in our menu to reset fitbit as your source for step tracking.2
