FODMAP and gluten free

Anyone here have any pointers?! Just started a week ago, having trouble spicing up my meals.

Hi! I've been gluten free for 5 years and started FODMAP a couple weeks ago. It's working really well although I also have a big food budget. One fun food you might enjoy is So coconut yogurt, plain. You can mix in a tsp of vanilla powder and a dash of cinnamon. I've also mixed in some hemp seed for extra protein, fat, calories. If you find any fun stuff like that, please let me know! So far this is really working. Hopefully the same for you.1

I really recommend the Monash University App for FODMAP. I’ve been doing this eating plan for a little over a year with much success and the app has been a blessing. I did the free app at first but now I have the paid version because it’s that good. Be careful of much internet mis-information. Monash University started the FODMAP plan and are the go to for questions. Good luck in your endeavors!0
