Hello! I've played tennis for about 10 years and from my experience the power of your shots come from your legs and your form. Focused leg workouts will certainly help as well as core strengthening. Of course don't the forget the vast amount of cardio needed to be "tennis fit". I'd say a nice mix of HIIT and long distance will help in all aspects of tennis.1
