Hi I'm Paul I struggle with my food as in times to eat binge eating I have a physical job which helps. Just need some advice and motivation to kick me into the right direction. I have a little girl which I want to take swimming and I've promised myself this year it's happening thanks Paul

Try to figure out what is causing the binges. Is it because you're bored, stressed, undereating throughout the day? When you find the cause, its easier to prevent. Keeping your goals in your mind at all times also helps.2

Eat something high in protein. I was told by my endocrinologist that eating something that spikes your blood sugar causes you to crave more sugar. Protein helps level off your blood sugar and will reduce the craving.0
