Has anyone taken colon cleansing pills while taking ab cuts cla or while taking weightloss pills?

    No. Because none of that stuff does anything for weight loss.

    I've never taken any of those, but I would certainly be careful of taking any of them in combination. Since most of them are either high in caffeine or diuretics, combining them could be uncomfortable or possibly dangerous.

    As someone who has to get fairly frequent colonoscopies: you do not want to do a colon cleanse.

    Ugh, colon cleanse. Worst night of my life by a long way.

    None of the stuff you mention will help with weight loss, except that it will reduce water, which will come back anyway.

    If however a clean colon is needed for personal reasons (not judging) then go ahead but even then I wouldn't mix them.

    I wouldn't take any of them individually and certainly wouldn't do so in combination. That could get dangerous quickly.
