I would go with a calorie deficit. I added some exercise. I am happy with my results.

What are you hoping to get out of these programs? Years ago I tried BBL and I did a few workouts from Butt Bible. Honestly, I did not start seeing any lower body results until I started lifting weights.

I am hoping to lift booty. I see already results. I did once BBL with great results, overall toning, lost 5 lbs in 4 weeks but I wonder is maybe Butt Bible better. I wonder should I do 8 weeks of BBL or switch to Butt Bible.

I know lifting will provide results but I did not ask about that. I am working out home, gym is way too far from my place and I live in small space so I can't buy equipment for lifting.
I was just wondering what is better BBL or Butt Bible

If I had to chose one is say Butt Bible, it is less obnoxious and is a bit more resistance than BBL. There are better at home bodyweight glute program options, such as Strong Curves but if you are not interested that's fine.

I would at least make sure you are progressing with time.. either adding reps, more isoholds or adding weight (even with dumbbells or resistance bands if you have). If you keep doing the same thing and don't challenge yourself and increase overtime you will not get the best results.
