I’ve been on 1,200 calories for about a month and a half and the past few weeks my weight hasn’t moved at all, what happened and how do I fix it?

Hi there! Do you mind making your diary public? This will allow us to get a better idea of what's going on!

are you using a food scale to weight all foods? are you double checking and confirming entries used in mfp?
is the scale (human one) not moving at all? for how long has it not moved at all?

I use a food scale for my meats and measuring cups for other things, my weight has been the same for about 2-3 weeks

Measuring cups aren't accurate use a food scale for all solids

Checked your diary- When you're measuring peanut butter, cottage cheese, and other items with cups/spoons it is not going to give you accurate measurements. You can (and I was) be consuming hundreds more calories than you realize by doing this. Everything should be weighed -even packaged items that you would not think to weigh such as cups of yogurt. Someone will probably stop by and drop the video explaining this and giving examples...

2 options here 1. is to increase your calories for 1 week to cheat your system 2. is to check from your scale
