I’ve only lost 1lb!? I feel trimmer but I was expecting to lose a 1lb per week. I’ve been sticking to my daily calorie limit. I weight train twice a week, yoga twice per week and run couple times a week at 5ft 8 and 147lbs (aiming to be 140) does it just shift after a few weeks to a month ?

Yes I agree, there must be something wrong with your system, calculating calories can be tricky if you're not careful.
Also how you run is important, you should be withon the burning zone / speed.
Losing weight is as said in the chart is basic, calories in, calories out, if your body cant have enough energy from your food , it will stary burning fat4 -
That flow chart is pretty awesome. Hang in there. Don't be afraid to skip to the 2nd blue box on the right. That is where the magic happens. Make sure you are honest with your calorie intake and don't count back too much (if any) of the exercise calories.1

Thanks guys, I’m an ex athlete so my running is pretty intense and I’ve been using weighing scales for my portions and been very honest with my logging. To be fair I’ve only just got into week 3 and did have my period last week so I’ll see what happens by week 4 . Thanks for the advice0
