ME a year ago, me now

This first picture was me a year ago. The pants Im wearing did not fit, they were being held up by strings tied together. I was probably near or over 230lbs but honestly I do not know.
I joined MFP the end of June this year doing biggest loser dvd and trying. I started Turbo Fire and shakeology three weeks ago. I am now 197lbs. Since June Ive lost around 20lbs and over 19inches overall.
