Sharing and celebrating NSV's ( None Scale Victories)

Well after to disappointing weeks on the scales, I think its important to focus on every achievement not just weight loss. My NSV's for today are
1. I resisted a big fat ice cream with a flake.
2. I joined the gym 9 days ago and ive been 6 times already
3. My pjs that i had on christmas eve are much looser now
What are your NSVs for today?

Nsv today is Ive dropped a trouser size and ive been swimming 4 days in a row

When we moved to this new condo two months ago, I was embarrassed because I needed my husband's help in getting the seat belt latched in our car. But as of Saturday, that's no longer the case. I can latch it all by myself with one hand now. Not bad for only having just gotten started.
