Looking for motivation

Hello everyone!
I'm starting over with MyFitnessPal, because I let myself go a bit since the beginning of my postgraduates studies. I'm currently a 22 years old girl, my height is 5'9" and I weight 150lbs. I'd like to get back to my old 135lbs and good body composition self.
I hope that seeing everyone here making progresses will help me gain motivation. I'm gonna reincorporate body weight training into my habits, too (and hopefully not give up
), and work on muscle recruitment, cause I have a slight gluteus medius deficit wich stops me from running much, because of the pain.
To add some more infos: I'm a franch student in physio, I love reading and cooking, I'm a vegetarian, and the only physical actity I'm consistent with is horse riding

For motivation try setting a shape goal and tracking progress with myshape.fitness (google it). Best of luck on your journey.0
