Looking for motivation

Hello everyone!

I'm starting over with MyFitnessPal, because I let myself go a bit since the beginning of my postgraduates studies. I'm currently a 22 years old girl, my height is 5'9" and I weight 150lbs. I'd like to get back to my old 135lbs and good body composition self.

I hope that seeing everyone here making progresses will help me gain motivation. I'm gonna reincorporate body weight training into my habits, too (and hopefully not give up o:) ), and work on muscle recruitment, cause I have a slight gluteus medius deficit wich stops me from running much, because of the pain.

To add some more infos: I'm a franch student in physio, I love reading and cooking, I'm a vegetarian, and the only physical actity I'm consistent with is horse riding :D

    For motivation try setting a shape goal and tracking progress with myshape.fitness (google it). Best of luck on your journey.
