I started at 220lb Monday Feb 25th 2019, I've lost 13 pounds in 9 days!! I'm down to 207, and my goal is 150, I'm 5'8". I've been doing the keto diet and IM- Intermittent fasting 20/4. The first day was hard after that it seems easier- not so hungry and allot more clarity. I hope to keep up this fat loss and becoming a healthier person. I feel determined at this point.

    Wow that is amazing! I have read on the Keto diet, seems like the results are undeniable. I am 175lbs and my goal weight is 155. I hope we can inspire each other. What was the main challenge on the keto diet?

    Starting weight 226lbs-5’9”-goal 180lbs.
    I started keto diet at 222 pounds and gain 4 pounds. Needless to say it’s not for me.

    I’m counting calories now And I’m down 4 pounds since I started February 26th.

    I’m glad I ran across your post our dynamics are about the same and it’s encouraging to read Your success story.
