March has been off to a very good start for me! I'm setting my goal weight quite low, but with the rate I'm losing weight I believe it's doable. I started this journey February 25th at 369.8 lbs so I am still fresh out the gates, but what a loss I've had in such a short amount of time. I feel so much relief and happiness. I realize this could mean bad news for me in the loose skin department, but I ensure that I haven't been neglecting myself to lose it this fast. I believe it will slow down in the coming days... because this pace is just unsustainable I would think.

Also, the reason I set the goal weight as 330 is because it would put me at the same weight I was when I was 15 years old. That would be so amazing to feel...7 -

March 8: 83.7kg. Happy with this! Managed at least an hour of exercise each day, even though this was mostly broken up into a couple of walks as I only made the gym three times. Very excited however that I have started to introduce a very, very simple weight machine circuit at the gym for the first time.

Aw man. I thought for sure my 2nd day of fasting would yield some results especially with all the working out, but I was prepared for the worst. I just laughed when I saw the same number like, "I KNEW THAT WAS GONNA HAPPEN!"
Now I'm ending the fast and gonna put in today's work.2 -
Had a rough start of the week with intense cravings and hunger. Feeling better after a couple days and back to being motivated and feeling positive! I'm still on track to reach my goal. I'm doing the F45 Challenge and we are doing two weeks of Keto-ish starting the week of the 15th, let me know if you have any advice or good reading! Hope everyone else is having an alright week.

March 8: 157.4 (-2#) I'm really pleased with this as I've been creeping up the scale all week, I was up to 161.4 two days ago. It was TOTM this week so that's probably why! Been an emotional wreck the last few days but feeling better now. Hopefully I'll keep going down now but I'm not sure I'll make it 5.4# in three weeks, we'll see.
