30 day shred help

just done my first one of level 1 what should i put in on the exercise board for calories! many thanks

    I put mine in as 24 minutes of circuit training - I'm on day 5 LOVE IT!

    Record it as circuit training - general for 25 minutes (or however long it is, can't remember its been awhile)

    I just finished day 30 on Thursday. I already miss it! Haha.

    I logged it as 27 minutes circuit training

    I use a HRM and get about 185 for level 1.

    Level 2 Day 7 for me. And I totally agree with the hating her more. When doing punches, you just close your eyes and picture her face...you can really get your heart rate up then! Also, if out of breath and unable to fling verbal abuse at the tv...obscene hand gestures will also make you feel much better. :devil:

    I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training...don't think you're supposed to count the warm-up and cool-down.

    I'm on day 3 of Level two...just wait until you get to Level two!!! The first day of each level is the hardest. BUT, I will do it again when I'm done with the first 30 days. I lost 3.4 LBS, gained muscle and lost inches on level 1. Jillian does her job well!

    i recorded mine with my hrm n added created it as 30 day shred under cardio, hope that helps.x

    I used to log as circuit training, but my HRM tells me only 115 calories for level 1 & 3 and 140 for level 2. I liked logging it as circuit training better. :cry:
