Yup, I love that site, too. Lots of great inspiration at calorie levels you can "afford".0 -

I'm right in the middle of making a chicken and roasted vegetable lasagna...about 340 cal per serving, Yum!0

I sautee some spinach (or baby spinach) in EVOO & garlic, then add a can of diced tomatoes & a can of small white beans, then poach mild fish in the liquid. Yum.
Or mix a jar of salsa, with a can of corn and a can of black beans, and serve as a side dish or sauce on plain grilled chicken or fish.0 -
I had a BELT last night (bacon, egg, lettuce, and tomato sandwich)! It's so quick and easy, and perfect for a light summer meal. I use the precooked turkey bacon that you just heat up in the microwave- so i don't even have to get a pan dirty!0

Grilled chicken and sweet potato? You can have any other side you like.
The sweet potato can even be done in the microwave to save time - stab it with a fork and stick it in the microwave for 5 mins. Check to see if it's cooked through using a knife. If not, stick it in for another two mins or so.
And voila0 -
I throw some shrimp and asparagus spears in a tin foil pack, add garlic and just a little low cal margerine or olive oil, and put it on the BBQ for 20-30 minutes. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm0
