beginner to Paleo and Getting into shape

Good Morning everyone, and Hello. My name is Junior. Hope all is well. I Personally have given up Alcohol for lent. i was orginaly just going to keep this goal but after just two days on lent i know i need a distraction so i dont feel tempted to drink. i need to get in shape and lose weight anyway (about 50lbs) so ive decided to try out Paleo diet and get back into the gym. anyone on here that is also on that diet?, and if so what would be a good regiment workout for this? any input is much appreciate. thanks in advance
