Ladies that are 5’7 what’s your goal weight?

So I’m currently 193. Sense I’ve had kids I’ve always kind of sat around 170-180ish.
My high was 220. My bmi says that I should be around 140 -150 but that seems so low to me.
I was honestly happy around 175.
I don’t have a goal weight I’m just going off of when I’m happy but I’m just wondering what your goal weight is?
Also if you wanna throw in a photo of you at goal that would be helpful

Here’s me at 193.6 -
My goal was to at least get within a normal BMI which is actually 159 at 5'7". That's basically where I've maintained +/- 5 lbs. for 2.5 years now. I had hoped to get to 150 but never quite made it.5

I'm currently at 139lbs by goal is 126lbs. Ive been hovering around 135-140lbs in recent years but really want to achieve my goal now2

Im also 193ish now, and ive been between 210 and 185 for years
I dont think i want to be 'normal' bmi as it seems to low for me too, if ans when i make it to 170 I think I'll be happy, but will keep you posted!2 -
I haven't decided yet. I'm currently 166lbs (started this time at 175 - highest was 200 the day I gave birth). I've been down to 145 before, which was definitely nice so perhaps that again. I hold all my weight in my stomach area, unfortunately, so I'd like to get to a point where I'm happy with that area.1

I'd like to get down to 160... my lowest I was at 178 (5ish years ago)... and thought I looked good, but honestly the number on the scale doesn't bother me as much as how I look in clothes. OP, you look great at 193 btw!2

My pre-pregnant weight was 155, but I don't see that in my future again (that was 25 years ago). Since going up to 182, my ideal weight is around 160. I'm back up to 174 and working my way down again. You look terrific at 193. You're smart to just see where you end up. My original goal weight was 150, but I know that it would take too much work and deprivation to get there, and I'm not willing to pay that price2

Yes I feel you! My prepregnacy weight was around 140 pounds and I was tiny but I honestly feel like I look better around 160. I know that’s slightly over bmi, but I mean why does your bmi really matter?? I’m just going to keep going will I look in the mirror and am happy with where I am. It’s been 11 years sense I’ve been 140.
Thank you I think I look good here too especially from 218.. I think I just hold my weight well.

My goal was 169 for years but the lowest I've ever gotten to was 173 (US size 10) and that was pretty ok with me. Now I just have to get back to that after falling off the wagon for a while...2

I think 169 is a awesome goal. I was pretty happy at 178 after having 2 kids.

So my goal weight is 135. I’d prefer to be a muscular 160. Right now I’m experiencing some mental health challenges and addiction challenges. ATM I’m 145, would either like to loose about 5 pounds or earn like 10 pounds of muscle. Muscle is way more important to me then having a lower weight. Your pictures look beautiful! I hope your fitness journey is self actualizing.7

My goal weight is 135 since I'd like to get down to the low end of normal BMI to see if it helps my running, but I've never been below 145 and I'm usually around 150. Currently around 155 after my second pregnancy. I also tend to carry my weight in the tummy area, though, so I feel like even a few pounds makes a big difference for me.
I think you look awesome - I would've never guessed you were around 190!2 -
I am 165 right now, 160 in my profile picture. I’d like to see what 145 looks like. That’ll take awhile though.1

I'm 186 now, highest ever was 210. Two years ago, I got down to 162, but fell off the wagon with a bunch of life changes. I remember weighting myself in high school and being 150, and I was always the biggest, and looking at pictures of me from then, I want to be fitter than that. So my goal is 140-5, and see how I feel in that range and fine tune from there.0

I was 175 after second baby. Worked out for 12 months. Keto for last 2 months. I’m now 154. I would love to be 145 - but seriously, I’m better than before baby! I am still in weight loss mode. I will see how I go maintaining it over time. Good luck everyone 👍🏼2

I'm at my goal - been maintaining for several years now at 135. That seems to be about perfect for me.8 -
My lowest weight ever was 219. I think I'd be very happy around 180, but honestly I'd be glad to get back to 219. I had had a goal of 165 in the past, but I don't know what it'd look or feel like. I have very large bones, wide hips, broad shoulders, and I have always looked like I weight less than I do-- when people have guessed my weight they usually are like 50 pounds low. So I don't think the normal BMI range would likely actually be good for me. But for now I am thinking I'd just like to get back to where I used to be and evaluate if I want to keep going from there.6

My goal is 170 and then I'll see how I feel. I have 6 more to go! I was up to 235 and 10 years ago went on Medifast and got down to 168........but that recently crawled back up to 194. Not doing the 200s again!! My hubby gave me boobs for Christmas, so that was 3 lbs up. LOL!!! (the years of yo yo dieting took a terrible toll on them) I'm turning 55 next month, so I have a goal to look goooooood!3

Im 5 ft 6 and im 193 (13 st 11) too now, my healthy is between 8 st 12 and 11 st 2 but 8 st 12 is way too low for me too, my lowest ive ever gone is 9 st 12 any lower and i feel too thin. My best weight where im at my healthiest is a size 12 and 10 stone. P.s im not sure how to add a photo on this, when ive tried it just doesnt to anything but my ideal weight is my profile pic and i was about 9 st 12 here, remember though im a inch shorter thwn you so your ideal weight will be higher x0 -

Well shoot. You bring up a good point. I would like to be lighter to make my runs easier. That’s definitely a time when I notice the extra weight-trail running uphill 🙄

165 has always been my goal at 5’7 (and a half lol). Haven’t gotten there yet, but I’m working on it! I’ve had 5 kids in the last 8 years, and just gained more weight with each kiddo. I’m done having kids now and working on my GW/keeping everyone happy and healthy.7

My original goal was 155. Got there pretty easily and adjusted it to 145. Was still losing so decided under 140. Decided to stop at 135 and now try to maintain between 132 and 137. Feels good. I have plenty of energy and. So far, seems to be a maintainable weight w/o being overly restrictive.7

My GW is 159, which is the golden threshold for “normal” BMI at 5’7”. I’m currently at 161, so aim to be there soon, kinda hoping it will happen by the time I visit the dietician for a follow up next week, although that’d be really humping it. Will reevaluate everything when I get there, but plan to keep going. Just need to set the next goal and keep it reasonable and not go crazy or all unrealistic.1

I agree with the other posters, OP. If anybody can pull off 193 it's you! You wear it well. I would NOT look that hot. Not even close. Lucky!!!
If that pic is any indication, you're probably going to look good at most weight ranges, and you won't need to go as low as some others of your height, so it's hard to know what your goal should be. Set modest goals to begin with, make adjustments as you go, and then stop when you look and feel healthy and confident.
Don't worry about a specific number.2
