Im new here my name is Joy :) im trying to loose weight to be healthy and raise my self esteem again-trying to give a go of eating healthier and have cut out red meat and fried foods-VERY LIMITED sweets-want to loose enough to be able to actually excercise bc at this point walking makes me sweat and breath hard!:tongue:
