Keto Net Carbs

Options
On the Keto diet, I believe you count "Net Carbs" instead of just carbs. Is there a way to track NC on MFP?

TIA

No. You have to do the math yourself.

The best you can do is add fiber as a column and subtract that in your head from total carbs.

I use another app in conjunction with MFP to track net carbs.

I just went with total carbs.

I also showed fibre and sugar. I tried to keep fibre at about 1/4-1/2 of my carbs, and sugar below 5g a day. (My carbs were about 20g while losing).

MFP doesn't allow you to do that which is unfortunate but it's literally just subtracting one number from the other. I eat a lot of leafy greens and other high fibre foods some days so using the net value allows me to eat more vegetables compared to just using the gross amount of fibre.

Seems like an option that MFP should consider adding

This has been discussed in hundreds of threads. If you do a search you will find out why MFP doesn't offer this.
