I NEED SUGGESTIONS!!

I am a restaurant manager. I just left a job where I worked the overnight shift and I had the hardest time organizing and sticking with a food routine that helped my weight loss goals. I ended up gaining 20 lbs there, and I didn't even like the food! Now, I am in a training program at another restaurant where I actually DO like the food! Our schedule is grueling and there is no time for little snacks or even anywhere I can keep a bottle of water during my shifts. We do get lunch, but it's after 6 hours of work (2 days a week we work for 14 hours), so my best intentions turn to crap once I sit down to eat. I'm starving and I want as much food as I can get! I also can't bring my own food to work, because they want us to get acquainted with the menu as a part of the training. Everyone around there jokes that I will DEFINITELY gain more weight working here, but I can't afford to do that! Please help!

What kind of food is it?0

Maybe if you look into intermittent fasting (as you are being forced not to eat regular meals, accept it) and pick the healthiest meal on the menu when you do eat. Eat extra low calorie low carb vegetables like broccoli rather than higher calorie high carb ones like potato to fill up.0
