Can someone explain how I can earn extra calories based on steps counted by Apple Watch. I never see where any calories are added to my daily amount.
Thanks

I do not use the premium edition of the app. Could that make difference?0

It won’t make a difference. Apple and MFP don’t play nice with each other.
Some people have said they had success by unlinking Apple Watch from MFP and linking Apple to Pacer which they link to MFP. I personally couldn’t get it to work that way.
Technically the adjustment is supposed to be:
Total Calorie Burn from tracker - MFP Activity level estimate = +/- adjustment
Problem is Apple isn’t sending the Total Calorie Burn to MFP. It’s not even sending the Active Calorie Burn. It’s weird. Some workouts will get sent over, but if you have a really active day that doesn’t include a workout that syncs to MFP you will notice a very small adjustment if any. MFP seems to be the only logging app with this issue.
