Really like this site. I think you will too. It just makes sense to me. Enter in your food data under the food tab. Set your goals. Play around with the site. You can also monitor your progress. It is fun and I am hopeful this will get me to my goal weight AND keep me there. Good luck!

If you eat it log it. The site is actually set up to work even if you don't exercise if you stay at your allotted calories, however exercise does help with toning and also allows you to eat more.

    Best wishes!!!

As my doctor has said to me, it is a very simple formula. Eat right and move more.

Exercise is very important. However, eating healthy is really key. If you eat unhealthy but exercise, you're wasting your time. :)

Figure out your goal, if you haven't done so already, and plug it and your info into MFP. After that, try your hardest to follow the MFP suggestions and work your butt off. It's easier than it sounds lol. Hardest part is starting, get going and it'll get easier.
